I adopted Malcom today. We've actually named him Prince. I spent a little over an hour with him yesterday at the Humane Society. I took my girls back today to meet him. He lit up completely when he met them. The folks at the shelter were pleased to see he was so delighted by the kids. He is someone's lost pet, definitely. He appears to have been well trained and well cared for. He sits and lies down even to my daughters' commands. He doesn't jump at all. He's having fun exploring his new home and seems pretty relaxed. When I sat on the family room floor, he ran right over and plopped down next to me for some attention. I can't type much now; I'm heading for a walk around the yard with Prince.
