Hi from Kiska’s house. We were the fortunate family who adopted Kiska.
Quiet, well-behaved, obedient, well adjusted female from the moment she set foot in our house. Not your usual rescue, as Kiska was not abused or neglected. Happy dog, happy family, her usual activity (?) is being a "frug" (pronounce: fur-rug). This dog is so quiet that the only time she gets excited enough to yodel is when you make her do it when she thinks it's time to go for a walk. This is our third malamute, all rescues, and this one is as quiet , dignified, obedient, healthy and loyal as the first two were. We are currently considering adopting Sebastian, Bear, or Red Ash as a companion for this one, when much to our surprise, we discovered a picture of our dog in the 2000 success stories with no follow-up info. Had to write in and let you know "all's well".
