Fox is a beautiful boy that is a malamute husky mix. He is a great boy with a whole lotta love to give. He is a gentle giant with a gentle soul.

A home with maybe 3 steps at max would be ideal. Fox has had a very rough start at life and we are sure that has lead to him not wanting to share bones, food, bed etc. Resource guards some. Over the months he also started to not get along(fight) with the male dogs in house one being a malamute but that is pretty much normal for a young mal. So Fox needs a female only or only dog home. No cats, livestock or small dogs. Kids over 8 years old that know boundaries! And folks that understand that and respect a dog and their cues.  Fence is mandatory and also a trainer ideal.

Fox was found in a haystack alone and in unimaginable pain with his rear leg injured, which resulted in losing it. He was saved by our local animal control in conjunction with Hope4Hukies and NW Snowdogs. 

Fox has been 8 months in foster. They have done such a great job with this guy but now he is ready for his forever home.

Fox’s world has been flipped upside down and all around and some big major life changes happened that this time makes it urgent to be adopted into a home immediately.
