AXEL is a big lovebug looking for his furever home!  He quickly engaged with our volunteer when he was visited in the shelter and loved the attention.  He is described as a very nice boy and quite friendly.  He has that typical malamute strength so will need to have some leash refresher work to not pull.  Also typical to the breed, he is food motivated and is happy to sit on command for a treat (and occasionally forget himself and jump up for one!).  He has lived with other dogs and may enjoy a female furry companion in his new home.  Axel will make a great companion!
