LOBO was found roaming and sadly his owner decided not to claim him.  Their loss may be your gain as this young malamute is both handsome and sweet and ready to join you on adventures!  He was stressed in the shelter environment, so our amazing shelter partners reached out to WAMAL to have us help find his new home.  They described him as super smart, shy, silly, reserved, and athletic with great potential!  While there he enjoyed his time in play group so may enjoy a home with another dog of his energy level.  While he will need some time to adjust in a new home after all of the changes, he readily greeted our WAMAL evaluator and enjoyed snuggles.  He walks nicely on leash, which is great because true to his age and breed, he is an active boy!  He appears to be housetrained.  He loves snacks, so training will be both fun and a great way to bond.  Get in your application fast as Lobo is sure to be adopted quickly!
