Neutered. Dakota loves to go hiking and mountain biking. He is generally good with other dogs he meets but should probably not share a home with another male dog. He would do well with a female companion. He is used to children, currently living with 4 young boys 5 yrs old and under. He will dig when bored and will chase cats that are outdoors. He will leave them alone if he is inside with them, but as with most malamutes, should not be left unsupervised with cats. He is fully house broken, barks very little when he has the run of the yard, leash trained, and knows some voice commands (heel, down, come - whistle and voice). He loves swimming and is up to date on his shots. He would love an active hiking family to call his own.
