Anya is an absolute sweetheart!! She had a a traumatic beginning to her life. She was found as a skittish, starving stray but is starting to now come out of her shell with some kindness and love. Here is what her foster owner has to say about her:
She has been great with my kids, (2 1/2 and 5). She has not shown much interest in my cats, unless they run. However we did introduce her to one of them carefully and she licked his face. She is even good with the horses. She is quiet, only howls if she feels lonely or is upset when I take her foster neighbor out or am playing with him, of course she lets me know she wants that attention too. She is not food motivated at all, but does very very well with praise. She is very soft tempered and does extremely well with encouragement. When she gets nervous she pees. Anya will not do well with discipline. Discipline will scares her. She knows sit and comes when I call her. Loves being around people and loves to give kisses to just about everyone including other dogs. She gets along with both my male dogs, even the small one, whom she loves to play with. I supervise as she is a bit big for him and does not quite understand her strength. The other one growls at her and she ignores him.

She loves to run (and boy can she run) and play, not once has she tried to jump on anyone of us, or the kids which is amazing given she is so young. She has wonderful manners. She blossoms daily and appears to be more and more confident. She has been an absolute joy to have here.

Anya is currently being fostered in Redmond, WA.
