Alaskan Malamute (medium coat) : : Male : : Young
Learn more about the Alaskan Malamute.
Crooner came into rescue with his young littermate brother. They had never been separated but Chance has since been adopted. Crooner now gets to join his foster moms pack - day and night - and he has been very very good with that pack! He is a gentle soul and generally a quiet dog. Since he is still overweight he does not move very fast yet (but improving!) That can be deceptive when you go for a walk, however, as Crooner is very strong! Crooner is very calm, easy-going and wants nothing more than to be a full member of a family. He has a strong prey drive and is not a candidate for a home with cats or tiny dogs. Crooners owners said was wonderful with children as well as adults, which seems very likely. Probably lick you to death if you give him the chance. He may be MalaSibe, with some Alaskan Malamute and some Siberian Husky parts. Crooner is currently being fostered in Cle Elum, WA. Crooner's brother, Chance (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
