Snowball needs a new home. Her current owners feel she is left alone too long and would like her to have a home with a family who has more time for her. She is good with other dogs and very good with their 10 yr old grandson. Snowball has been kept outside so she would need to be taught house manners and to go outside for the bathroom. She is unknown with cats but could probably be trained easily at this age. Help us get Snowball a new home where she can be trained and get a good start in life.
Here is what Snowballs foster mom has to say about her:
I just have to report that this young girl is fabulous. She is so sweet and willing to please. She is completely housebroken, sleeps quietly through the night in her crate, and has demonstrated absolutely no destructive tendencies inside or outside. I am sure that any previous destruction was simply due to boredom as this girl has lots of energy to burn. She travels beautifully in the car and was an absolute gem at the groomers yesterday where everyone fell in love with her! She is so smart and learns so quickly - she is already making great strides at the end of the leash and I am certain that her pulling tendencies will be gone in no time. She continues to jump through hoops to please my dogs and is nothing but sweetness to every other dog she encounters. She would play outside all day long if I let her, but she wants a companion - canine or human - to play with. She can be a little bit mouthy with our hands, but given that she is still a young pup that is to be expected, however she stops immediately when told no. She loves to play ball and I am going to try her with a frisbee this afternoon. I have to say that someone will be lucky to have this girl! She needs someone that will give her plenty of exercise and companionship. While she will settle in her crate and can easily be left alone, she definitely prefers to be with others. She is still so young, but with her enthusiasm and intelligence she will easily become a well-mannered part of the family! I cannot stress enough that this girl has loads of love to give! She has no trouble at all with our cats. She has sniffed nose to nose with both of my cats, but other than that she just ignores them!
Snowball is currently being fostered in Seattle, WA.
