Ty was originally at the Tacoma shelter but had a microchip from SAC and the Kent Animal Control facility wanted to contact the owner. Turns out the previous owner had signed a release for him, so he is now with us in rescue and available for adoption. Ty is a cutie, looks very friendly and sweet, and is quite the talker. Woo-ing at his rescuers as if to say: Hey, I am NOT supposed to be here, take me home! Ty seems to like any dog he has been around, showed a mild interest in some chickens but was easily redirected (thus MAY be OK with cats), and was a perfect gentlemen with some kids he happened upon while on a walk. Ty walks well on leash, not pulling or lunging. Ty is very food motivated and does not seem to want to do his tricks without knowing food will be forthcoming!
