Maya is just over a year old, right smack dab in the middle of malamute puppyhood. She gets along well with other dogs and LOVES to play. She is very sweet, sometimes submissive, very playful. She adores people too and is a drama queen when kenneled. Big sigh - no one loves me! But as soon as she is back in the yard, it is play play play. Until dinner time. Big sigh - they starve me! she is a very funny girl.

In Mayas first home one of her best friends was a cat. She was also said to be good in the car, good in the house and good in the yard, good with children. She is housebroken and if not allowed inside, will tell you with her big brown eyes what a mistake you are making. So why is she in rescue? Because like almost all malamute puppies, she cannot be in the house ALL the time and when outside, she needs a fenced yard to play with. Not a lot to ask.

She has the biggest brown eyes of any dog I have ever seen.
