Chewy is about 3 to 4 months old. He is doing great in foster care so far and loves playing with other dogs. He was good in a crate for the night. So we do not think it will take much to train him to be indoors. He is is happy and playful, loves to give kisses and does not seem to be scared of much, including big dogs. Goes right up to their kennels. He is going to be a big one, but he is sure cute now. A sweet happy boy.

UPDATE: Chewy is now about 5 months old. He still has many of his baby teeth so he still chews on everything. His chewing is totally playful; he is just a big bouncy, happy boy. He has a personality the same size as his body. Big.

Chewy is already around 70-80 lbs. He is going to be a VERY big boy and may very well be 120-150 lbs when full-grown.

Chewy is probably a mix. He may be a malamute/mastiff mix. He has beautiful mal markings and is a lovely sable color. He does not seem to have much, if any, undercoat.

Chewy needs to go to a home where he will get some good, solid positive-based training and will continue to get lots of attention. He will do well with playmates; at his foster home he has many siberian playmates and so his energy is channeled into play and has not become destructive, as puppy energy can if it is not channeled. He is having fun with life and he is a lot of fun himself and we want to keep it that way.

Chewy is fostered in Yakima, WA.
