Athena is a very, very pretty girl with a beautiful coat. She is also very sweet and loving. She is housetrained and has lived with children from the ages of 3 to 16 years old. When she comes in from outside, she wants to be cuddled and rolls over for tummy rubs before settling in to her favorite spot on the floor. She acts like she has been trained to lie in one place in the house. At her foster home she has picked her little patch of floor and tends to stay there. They report she is being a very good little house dog.

Athena hates to be left alone, and seems to be used to constant companionship of some sort. She has lived with big and little dogs, and got along well with both, so she may enjoy a canine companion for the times when her humans are away from home. Athena does not seem to know what toys are for, but would love someone to take her home and teach her about all the fun things in life.
