Sitka is an incredibly smart girls who LOVES people! She has such a happy smile and gorgeous eyes that everyone that meets her falls in love with her right away. Sitka has had quite a bit of obedience training and responds very quickly to clicker training. She is housetrained, knows sit, stay, down, wait, leave it, off and come, and although she uses her Mal selective hearing to follow commands, she is very food motivated.

Sitka is living with two very young children in her current home, but we would recommend a home with older children. She does not know her size and can knock small children over easily. Sitka has a very high prey drive and does not do well with small animals, cats or small dogs. She is used to being an only dog, and would love to go to a home where she can continue to be Mal queen of the household. She will need a securely fenced yard as she likes to go wandering when given the opportunity.
