Athena is a gorgeous young girl who wants to be your only girl! She loves her family and kids of all ages and is a total cuddler, but doesn't get along with cats and most other dogs, although a male Mal of her size may just work. Athena's former owner describes her as gentle, loving, loyal, sweet and a very free spirit. She is housebroken and spends time inside as well as outside, but loves to sleep indoors at night. She loves going for walks or runs and we are working on her leash manners now. Athena knows all her basic commands such as sit, lay down and shake as well as the Malamute come where she runs up to you, teases you, then runs off again. She is perfect for a family that is familiar with female Mal behavior, and has lots of love to share.
