Sparky is a wonderful dog searching for a new home. Like many mals Sparky likes to chase small animals. Sparky lives in an environment where sometimes a stray duck or chicken will get into his yard, and then it does not go well after that. Sparky has not actively chased the animals as he is somewhat used to them, but if one gets into his space watch out! He gets along with the family cat, but this has been only after being raised with them.

Sparky is intelligent and knows some mushing commands and walks well on his leash with very little pulling. He does love to pull his human children around on a sled and loves the attention he gets from the kids. Smaller people need to be careful though as Sparky can get playful and can accidentally knock a little one down. He also likes the company of other dogs and prefers females mostly. He has a small Pomerania friend that he gets along with fine. Sparky is a food hog and does not like other dogs trying to steal his food. He loves to play with other dogs and can be a little rambunctious.

Sparky is house-trained but prefers to stay outside and he is described as mellow and not hyper at all!
