Learn more about the Alaskan Malamute.
Cash is an amazing dog who is very excited to be moving to Seattle where the coffee is good and the hiking is even better. Cash was rescued after spending his first two years of life on a heavy chain in a dusty and bone dry backyard in Alabama. Luckily Cash is a traveling man and has his bandanna packed to move to Seattle in October. Cash was chained out with a small dog, and in his foster home he has been very friendly with all the dogs, humans and kids alike. Everyone who meets Cash loves him! His photos here show a very hot and dusty boy, but he is becoming more beautiful by the day. He has been fully vetted, neutered, treated for heartworm and is ready to find his new forever home and walking buddy now. Cash does come with an interesting habit when it comes to food and water. Most likely related to not having any on a regular basis in his first two years. He likes to take his foot and scoop all the food out of the bowl and onto the ground. Once that is taken care of, he proceeds to eat all of it. He tries the same thing with his water bowl. So a touch of training will be needed, and we are positive he would love to attend an obedience class too. He is such a people pleaser that he is going to be a quick study. Cash will be arriving in Kent, WA at the end of October. |
