Missy is a young active sweetheart who was rescued with 7 other dogs when her owner became too ill to care for them. She is a bit shy and unsocialized, but does very well with male dogs her size and with older kids. She has not been tested with small dogs or cats. Missy has been an outdoor dog all her life, but has been in a foster home where she was allowed inside. She hasn't had any accidents in the house, and we think she will be an indoor outdoor dog once she gets used to her new home. She walks great on the leash, takes treats very gently and is very curious about her surroundings. She is incredibly smart and will be easy to train, so she should learn some manners quickly. She loves to put her feet in her water dish and play, and also enjoys rolling in the grass. Missy has just been spayed and is up to date on her first round of vaccines with boosters scheduled in the next week or so.
