If you are looking for a laid back mal on the smaller side Red Dog is your guy! Red Dog smiles a lot - he is super affectionate, obedient and loving. He loves people and loves soaking up all the attention he can get. He likes to rub up against you and will do the malamute lean to let you know he wants attention. RD likes to be inside where you are and would love it if you worked from home or were retired.

Red Dog is a dream to walk on leash. He is great with other non-aggressive dogs and has lived with several cats who crawled all over him! He loves to play rough and chase his tail. RD is great with older kids but would probably do best in a home without small children.
