Learn more about the Alaskan Malamute.
Lola is a young female that was part of a huge puppy mill breeding operation that got out of control. Luckily for Lola and her other companions they have been rescued and remove from that terrible situation. Lola was shy at first but has found a new canine friend in her foster home. So far she is doing really great with other dogs and is opening up to her human companions slowly. When she does come around she loves to have her ears rubbed! She is eating very well putting on weight and her coat looks fabulous! Lola has come a long way since she first arrived in her foster home. She discovered her woo woo and let me tell you she uses it to her advantage. She is learning that being inside the house is pretty fun because it is a place where she gets endless treats! She still prefers to be an outside dog though. Lola is doing much better on a leash when we are able to take her walking and she discovered her natural pulling instinct. Lola is not quite potty trained but is getting better about not going in the house. She does like to landscape a bit and she loves to steal shoes so we keep a close eye on our flip flops because she can destroy a pair in roughly 30 seconds! Lola is a sweet sweet little girl mal with a great disposition. Lola is being lovingly cared for in Spokane WA |
