Aloha! My name is Ehu or Ehu Kala Nui which in Hawaiian translates into Big Red Haired Sun and I am a handsome young 4 yr old male who is in need of a new home.

I consider all people my friends and will love to crawl into your lap if you let me. I am very affectionate and will lean in for pets and scratches. I am also energetic and playful and have had doggie play dates and dog park exposure. I am a big boy and sometimes my play can intimidate small dogs but I have never been aggressive. I love to run and I thoroughly enjoy my plush squeaky toys although the plush toys do not last long. I like kids and am told that I am good with them but one must be careful due to my size as I may knock the little ones down. I am a perfect gentleman in the house and know my house manners. I am also crate trained and have gone to work with my dad. Again I do love to run so a securely fenced yard is a must. I can pull on leash initially but will settle down after a while. I really enjoy all people and may delight in a home with another doggie companion. I have been exposed to cats in a controlled indoor environment and was curious of them but I have not encountered any outside so I am not sure if I would chase them.
