Bear came from a dodgy situation but is now ready to meet his new forever family. He was brought into the kennel with his best buddy, Solstice. Bear is currently underweight and is looking forward to extra treats and love from his new family. Of the two, Bear is more reserved than Solstice. He tends to look toward Solstice for comfort. He does walk well on leash and would do even better with a harness. Bear shows interest in squirrels and birds on his walks in the park, and we will be testing him with cats to see how he does with them. Bear will be a wonderful addition to a family who can give him the time needed to settle in. We would like to see him placed with Solstice if possible as they are a bonded pair. Being with Solstice gives Bear the courage to try new things and meet new people. They are best buddies for life. Whoever opens their home to these two boys is going to be in for a real treat. They are both as sweet as they come.
