Meet Baven a giant love-bug searching for a new home. Baven is a very well-tempered boy and loves all kinds of attention. He is partially house trained meaning he has been in the house a few times without any accidents. Like all mals Baven loves his food and has yet to learn how to take treats nicely and if you are eating he wants to help you finish your plate! But Baven is also very smart and with a little consistent training he should be fine in the food department.

Baven has lived with kids all his life and does well with them but he is so large that precaution must be taken around little kids to prevent them from being knocked over. He also has lived with cats and so far has done fine. He is living with a female Shepard and does get along with other dogs both large and small. He would probably do best in a home with a canine companion. Baven is shy and skittish at first with other dogs and seems a little unsure of himself in new situations. But he comes around after a while and is quite the social boy. He is described as a big happy goofy boy that would like to sit on your lap if you let him!

He prefers to be outside as his long coat makes him warm and he enjoys digging to escape the yard. His escaping the yard is only to go around to the front to find his people as he has not run off!
