Meet Shadow a handsome boy who loves life and most everyone he meets. Shadow needs a new home where he can run and play and be his happy malamute self. Shadow is young and has great energy for someone looking for a running partner and play pal. He knows some basic commands and is practicing his house-training. He is also practicing how to stay in a crate and has gone through clicker training. He is very affectionate silly and loves to cuddle. He has gotten along well with the dogs he has met in his short life and currently lives with a female terrier mix and does just great. Cats are another story. If a cat growls or hisses then Shadow will go after the cat! If the cat ignores him or is mellow then Shadow leaves the cat alone. Like many young mals Shadow needs a secure yard and has been known to bust out of a crate as well as chewed some fencing! Shadow likes to sleep on the bed and knows not to bring his toys on the bed and will put them on the floor on command. He also enjoys his treat ball and stuffed Kong balls as well.
