Kodiak is a big ol loverboy who immediately leans into everyone for big scratches. He came to WAMAL after losing his longtime Siberian Husky companion which triggered a string of escapes from the safety of his home. Kodi wants nothing more than to find a home with another dog with whom he can play and sing. He is not your average malamute when it comes to dinnertime though and will leave food in his bowl or refuse treats if he is just not hungry for that particular morsel.

Kodiak is not a puller on leash and he rides beautifully in the car. He loves to snuggle and does the most adorable little dance when he is happy. The family that becomes his forever is in for a real treat with this sweet boy.
