Homer is searching for a new home that can give him the time and attention he needs. He prefers to spend his time with his family and would love to be with someone who can be home with him most of the time. Homer is house-trained and knows his commands of sit stay shake down and he will wait for his food when prompted to. He enjoys going for walks and is learning not to pull on leash. He is also very food oriented which will help with continued training. Homer is very enthusiastic when meeting new people and is learning to wait to say hello! Once his initial excitement is over he is gentle and enjoys pets from everyone. Homer has lived with older children but has not been around toddlers. He is said to be a very gentle and loving mal who is not much of a talker. Homer may do well with another dog his size after a careful introduction but small animals are too fun to chase so no cats for this guy! If you are looking for a partner to take on walks and hang out with you than Homer may be just the right fit for you!
