Yuki is a friendly sweet senior mellow-mute who is looking for calm peaceful family environment and extra attention from humans. She enjoys casual walks to explore the neighborhood and has conquered the need to pull so expect an easy walker and a mal who loves to lean in and get hugs. She enjoys treats knows how to sit and we bet she may enjoy proving you can teach an old mal new tricks. While she loves affection she also will let you know when she has reached her quota by doing a little air snap with her muzzle. She has long fur and classic black and white markings. For Star Wars fans some have described her fur like a Wookie and she seems open to grooming. Bunnies and squirrels kick in her prey drive but she is very easy to manage on the leash. Cats and small dogs may also trigger this. Based on her status as a grand dame she will likely do best as an only dog and in a family without kids. In terms of extracurricular activities in the summer heat she enjoys standing in a kiddie pool filled with water. And she likes to keep her kennel nice and clean preferring to relieve herself only on the grass.

She was found as a stray so is glad to have left the shelter and be in WAMALs care. While her history is not known we know she is looking forward to a future sharing a lot of love with her new family.
