Rocket was surrendered along with one of his pack mates after his human-mom passed away. He is a gentle friendly boy who enjoys being in the company of his people. Due to an illness from when Rocket was a puppy he is now blind. He does not let that slow him down though and he should adapt quickly once in his new home. Rocket may do well with another friendly dog but would also be fine as an only dog. Rocket is now in the care of WAMAL and we will be updating his bio once we have more information.

Rocket is being lovingly cared for in Washington while he awaits his new forever home.
