Shadow is a striking snow-colored boy looking for an experienced home to help him reach his full potential. As a young impressionable 2-year-old he spent some time on the street but despite his challenging beginning he is well-socialized and friendly with people and loves coming in close for the Malamute lean. He is an all-white Mal-mix who loves getting out for walks and does really well on them until he decides it is time to break out with jumps and mouthiness. It is all done in the spirit of play but he is a big boy who needs to learn consistent manners and some self-control. During these episodes when asked he will calmly sit and compose himself hoping for a delicious treat. He takes them very gently and is extremely appreciative. He will need a family experienced and comfortable with young big dogs who will thoroughly and consistently support his continued training. He is a loving guy with much to offer and will benefit greatly from a supportive family. And he is very treat motivated which will help with training. On walks he has demonstrated a powerful prey drive so a home with no other furry creatures is recommended. He may enjoy and benefit from the company of another dog.

The adoption fee of $300 includes spay-neuter and all vaccines.
