Learn more about the Alaskan Malamute.
The ideal home for Kubo has another dog companion and no young children. He can be a little timid when he is getting to know you but warms right up and is described by our volunteers as very sweet and easy to handle and walk with - he will even lean into you and give kisses. He knows a few basic commands and is house trained. He is such a good boy! Along with the good he does have the typical malamute challenge of being an escape artist so needs a securely fenced yard to keep him safe. That is really his only challenge as he gets along well with other dogs and loves all outdoor activities. The adoption fee of $300 includes spay-neuter and all vaccines. Kubo is being lovingly cared for in Washington while he awaits his new forever home.
