Red is a 3-year-old 100-pound Malamute-Malinois-Husky mix who is one handsome boy!! His foster mom had his DNA checked because she was curious what combination made this gorgeous pup with green eyes and a deep red coat. He is super friendly with humans and a playful match with other large dogs. He has had numerous successful dog interactions and lives quite peacefully with his current foster pack of pups and is good at reading doggie behavior language so knows when to back off. He is curious and eager to hang out with other large pups in his walking group but may be a bit of a handful for small dogs so we are looking for a home with another medium to large dog or two. Cats are a no-no for this boy with a healthy breed-normal prey drive.

Are you a hiker runner urban musher and want a canine friend to join you? Red would like to find an active family who is on the move and will take him on all kinds of adventures and outings. He would also like to work on his training with a family to help him grow into a great canine companion. Given his size and boisterous nature he is best suited for an adult home or family with teen children. A safe and securely fenced yard is a must.

The adoption fee of $400 includes spay-neuter and all vaccines.
